The level of quality we provide relies on our talented team working efficiently together. Our engineers are carefully selected to suit individual projects, based on their experience. Contracts Managers are responsible for ensuring our services meet the high standards expected from our clients, this involves following engineering and management processes. Contracts Managers are the main point of contact for customers, communicating project progress and providing relevant information. Projects are reviewed at our fortnightly management meetings, where updates are documented and issued.
Our contracts teams consist of a Contracts manager, Design Manager (if D&B), AutoCAD Draughtsman, Foreman, and installation operatives. Duties include; site safety; procurement; programming; allocation of labour; supervision; commissioning and testing.
Contracts Managers have the following training: CSCS, SMSTS, WRAS guidelines, Unvented G3, Hot Water Regulations, Gas Safe Regulations, Asbestos Awareness, and Legionella Appreciation.
