Much of our business has been dedicated to creating contemporary, energy efficient mechanical installations. The bottom-line benefit to our clients, and quite easily measured was lower energy bills. A more difficult to measure result was a lower environmental impact. We have initiated a variety of projects and plans to lower our environmental impact.
One project has been to partner with Climate Care to pursue a path to become Climate Neutral. A significant part of this is fuel consumption and we are working to reduce this quickly. The carbon credits attributed to our creation to CO2 for last year have been offset by investing in sustainable developments.
Projects such as protecting rainforests, providing low carbon heating technologies, or powering communities with renewables help towards tackling poverty, promoting energy independence and improving people’s health and well-being.
We are actively searching out people who are at the forefront of best sustainability practice and we will endeavor to incorporate these techniques for the benefit of our customers, our employees and the more general environment.
Taking full responsibility for our carbon footprint has allowed us to invest in the future of the environment. We are looking forward to improving our impact and hearing the positive impact these programs deliver. More information on Climate Care initiatives can be found at: https://climatecare.org/
