AD Mechanical Services Ltd was incorporated in December 2000. We design, install and deliver Mechanical services in industrial and commercial environments. Project value ranges from £5K to £3.5 mil.

We cover an 80 mile radius from our Portsmouth office and have successfully completed projects for clients in a variety of sectors ranging from Care homes, Hotels, Educational Establishments, Defence, student accommodation, multiple residential Developments, office and retail.

AD Mechanical is always looking at ways of improving what we do. We do this by encouraging and listening to staff and client feedback. This information is crucial to the development of our business. The level of quality we provide relies on our talented team working efficiently together. Our engineers are carefully selected to suit individual projects, based on their experience. Contracts Managers are responsible for ensuring our services meet the high standards expected from our clients, this involves following engineering and management processes. Contracts Managers are the main point of contact for customers, communicating project progress and providing relevant information. Projects are reviewed at our fortnightly management meetings, where updates are documented and issued.

Our contracts teams consist of a Contracts manager, Design Manager (if D&B), AutoCAD Draughtsman, Foreman, and installation operatives. Duties include; site safety; procurement; programming; allocation of labour; supervision; commissioning and testing.

Contracts Managers have the following training: CSCS, SMSTS, WRAS guidelines, Unvented G3, Hot Water Regulations, Gas Safe Regulations, Asbestos Awareness, and Legionella Appreciation.
